This membership keeps renewing until YOU cancel it.  (You can cancel it during the first month if you want -- then it won't renew at all.)
 

IF YOU TRANSMIT THE ORDER FORM AND NOTHING HAPPENS...

Wait patiently.  Your order transmittal goes to Verotel's billing system, which then forwards the request to your credit card bank, then your bank transmits an automated response back, then Verotel's system transmits the results to you.  So if there are glitchy connections out there on the internet, it may slow down the transmittals.  If nothing happens after one minute, or if you see an "error" message, surf around and wait for 5 minutes, then check your email in-box.  If there's no Confirmation Email there, your transmittal didn't come through, or you mistyped your email address on the order form.
 

ADULT TERMINOLOGY WILL NOT APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT

The charge on your monthly statement will read Verotel or Ticketsclub, not American Damsels.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD

Each membership is for one person only, and each member is responsible for protecting the password and keeping it secret.  If a membership is used by more than one person, this server will dump the password.  Sharing the membership, and/or revealing or failing to protect the password, is a violation of the purchase agreement.  A customer's violation of the purchase agreement is not a basis for a refund.

Typing a fake name or address on the credit card agreement is fraud.  Fraudulent customer behavior in making a purchase is not a basis for a refund.  (It is unnecessary to give a fake address on the order form.  I do not send junk mail.)

Using a spouse's credit card without their consent or foreknowledge is fraud.  If a spouse phones me about a charge on their credit card, I will tell them the truth about the purchase.  So use your own card only, please!

If someone else has used your credit card number, without your consent, to make a purchase at this site, contact us immediately for cancellation and a refund.  We also suggest that you contact your credit card's Fraud Dept.

KEEP YOUR EMAIL RECEIPT

When a membership is purchased here, the customer is immediately emailed a receipt.  If a member mis-types, misspells, or fakes their email address on the order form, it is then their responsibility if they do not receive the receipt transmittal.  If you do not receive your start-up email, contact us and give us a working email address to forward your receipt.  (Turn off AOL email filters or it might bounce the email!)
 

QUALIFYING FOR A REFUND

If your browser malfunctions and can't transmit the password correctly or won't give you access, contact us to get help with your computer.  If your browser turns out to be archaic or incompatible with password dialogue functions and you cannot access the site in spite of our tech support and assistance, we will refund your purchase.  (Please note:  our server records each instance of customer log-ins, so we will have documented verification of your inability to access your membership.)

MEMBER USER AGREEMENT

By using your membership to request and view files and pages from our websites and servers, you certify that:

you are 18 years of age or older;

you are familiar with all local and federal laws affecting your legal right to access adult-oriented materials;

you have the legal right to access adult-oriented materials and we have the legal right to transmit them to you;

and

you will not share these materials with, make them available to, or make them accessible by, minors or non-consenting adults.

If you sign up as a member, my site will collect your payment information (such as credit card number), name, address, phone number, email address, and IP#:

Your payment information is used to pay for the membership.

Your name, address and phone number are used to verify your ownership of the credit card.  You will not be snail-mailed anything, nor telephoned, unless you specifically request it.

Your email address is used to send you a sign-up receipt and notify you about your membership.  It will not be used for spam advertising or unsolicited advertising.  Email is the default means of communication about your membership.  Please inform us of any changes in your email address or email service.

The IP# is logged in case someone has stolen your payment information or it is being used fraudulently.

Your info will not be sold to any other company.  Your info will not be shared with any 3rd party.

If you purchase a membership, your billing statements will show the name of our billing service ("VEROTEL" and "TICKETSCLUB").  Your card statement will NOT show the name of this website.

Your membership log-in data will be monitored and stored to confirm that only one person is using each membership.  Use and access of the membership must remain within reasonable limits of one person accessing files for personal entertainment or reference use.  (For example, accessing from multiple computers or IP addresses in a compressed time period, or downloading files repeatedly in bulk, etc., do not qualify as reasonable behavior by a single member.)
